Everything was simply great. I booked this superior hotel for trip, had a real good stay, its location was marvellous near the Termini Station. The room was reasonably spacious and had a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a stovetop. Greatly enjoyed kitchen. Location: the property was very close to Roman Forum, and the center of Rome...

Booked superior queen room, that was provided with TV and good WiFi plus separate bathroom. Shower facilities, a hairdryer, and a bidet were very handy.

Location: the hotel was next to Roma Termini very close, the train station and the colosseum and Colosseum.

Who needs a silent night's sleep anyway? The soundproofing was so good, I could hear every snore and conversation from my neighbors.

Great value for money with a comfortable room, amazing pillows, and decent storage. The location was convenient, close to major sites including the Colosseum, and within walking distance to Roma Termini station. The staff was exceptionally helpful and polite, providing assistance via Whatsapp throughout my stay. The kitchen was well equipped for those who prefer to cook.

Breakfast selection could be improved by adding more tea cups to the kitchen furniture.

The location of this guest house was fantastic, with it being close to the centre and just a short walk from the Termini train station. This made it very convenient for exploring the city and getting around. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bed and great pillows. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything you would need for cooking. The staff were also very helpful and polite, providing recommendations and being responsive to any requests.

The sound insulation in the rooms could be better and you could sometimes hear people passing by. However, this was only a minor issue and didn't detract from the overall experience.
